Craving Change?
Many high protein foods and snacks are expensive while also being either poor tasting or not easily approachable to a casual buyer due to wording or marketing.
Our products will be recognizable and still provide the protein and health benefits while above all else still being great tasting, giving consumers an all-round better
experience for their money.

Our high protein snacks will provide the protein numbers that consumers are wanting from a product in this market, while also existing as a standalone healthier version of traditional baked goods, cookies are universally recognizable and approachable as a result. These products are also gluten free, thus enabling an entire community access to high protein, great tasting snacks.
The Team
I’m Michael Brady, a recent graduate in Microbiology from Queen’s University Belfast. My passion lies in exploring the world of edible insects and their potential health and environmental benefits. After conducting extensive research, I discovered that these little critters are incredibly good for us, but the traditional presentation can be off-putting for many.
That’s when the idea struck me – what if we could transform these nutritious insects into something that looks, tastes and smells just like the familiar treats we enjoy daily? And so, Biscket was born!
While we know it won’t be everyone’s cup of tea (or cookie), we kindly invite you to give our future products a chance.

67% Protein Count
Cricket flour outshines beef as a protein source. Packed with essential amino acids, vitamins, and minerals.
9x more B12 than beef
This makes cricket flour a standout choice for individuals seeking to boost their B12 intake without relying on traditional animal-based sources.
The Power of Cricket Flour
Allergen Friendly
Cricket flour is free from soy, nuts, and dairy allergens, but those allergic to shellfish/crustaceans or dust mites may react to edible insect products.
All 9 Amino Acids
Consuming cricket flour ensures that your body receives a diverse array of essential building blocks for optimal health.
Sustainable Farming
When it comes to environmental impact, cricket farming is significantly more sustainable than traditional livestock farming. Crickets require less water, feed, and land compared to conventional livestock, making cricket flour a planet-friendly choice.
Resource Efficiency
Cricket farming requires significantly fewer resources compared to traditional livestock farming. Crickets are incredibly efficient at converting feed into protein, requiring up to 12 times less feed than cattle and 4 times less feed than sheep for the same amount of protein production.
Water Conservation
Crickets are incredibly water-efficient insects. They consume substantially less water compared to traditional livestock like cattle and poultry. For instance, crickets require approximately 1,000 times less water than beef production.
Reduced Land Footprint
Cricket farming is space-efficient and does not demand vast tracts of land. Raising crickets requires only a fraction of the land needed for cattle farming, making it an environmentally responsible choice.
